About the Poem
I love the ocean. It's a part of me - or I'm a part of it. I'm not sure which. I know only that it speaks to me. It has new and different insights for me each and every time I converse with it - which is nearly every day.

Oceanic sound Remands to me The wisdom of the deep. Resurgent pound A heark'ning sea In surfeit at its neap. A mere abound Of privity Waves aphorisms leap. Reflections found Imploringly Beseech that I might reap. My quests expound In verity - Percipience my Keep. |
