About the Poem

The only true love I've found so far is the love of Jesus Christ. This is primarily what the poem is referring to. When you find true love in a relationship you will realize it's there. People will often say, is this really true love I'm feeling? If your love fits the characteristics displayed in this poem then it most likely is!

Love Like No Other

True love knows no end,
It always goes straight even around a curved bend.
It picks you up when you're down,
And will always make you smile, leaving no time for a frown.
It makes everything seem and feel like a dream,
And will make your face shine like a radiant beam.
It makes every other embrace seem shallow,
For true loves embrace is impossible to follow.
It gets greater and grows on forever,
Nothing anyone does or says can make it sever.
I hope one day everyone finds this love,
For it is truly a gift sent by God, from heaven above.
