I really loved youre poem. I happen to have depression, bipolar disorder, Aspergers Syndrom, and panic attacks. I also happen to become so depressed sometimes that i cut myself. You are not alone. Quite often I have to change my medication. I was really touched by your poem. I very much want you to understand that you really arn't alone. Sometimes when I get depressed I tend to get distant from everyone around me causing us to fight and I feel as though no one really does understand even though they say they do. I feel the same way, and often, people don't believe me. I get frustrated because I try really hard to keep myself upbeat, but the harder I try, the more tough it is. I suffer from manic depression and it sucks. my brother suffered from some kind of depression and no one cared except me and so to him he was alone, and one person can't save someone. well for one you should know that I had to be feeling just as bad to be up at this time of the night on the computer reading suicide poems and about depression. I personally haven't been diagnosed with depression but if you're around me it wouldn't take long for you to know just by being in my presence. I don't know things have to be like this. Sometimes i just break down and cry for no apparent reason. I feel like regardless of how people tell you they understand how you feel, they really don't. Not a one of us are going through the same. We might have that same or similar feeling, but known can level up with other. I always think that I have it so bad, but I know that theres more happening than what's going on with me. So I'll continue to keep you and the rest that have spoken up in my prayers if you promise to do the same. And you know what else, you're lucky because you're finally putting your feelings out on the table and now you shouldn't feel alone because if no one else feels you I do.

This was a great poem in my opinion. I am 15 years old and this is the same way that I tend to feel during most days. The only days I dont feel like that are the ones where I am asleep most of the day.
