About the Poem

This poem was inspired by my first love. I think it speaks of the beauty of two lovers meeting and how their love progresses.

Bello Amor (Beautiful Love)

You came into my life with the blink of an eye.
Your love threw me in the air and I thought I could fly,
Upon your compassion and your gentle words,
Together we discovered a world unheard.
Of romance, compassion, beauty, and trust,
We knew from the start this world was for us.

We ran through the fields of joy and pain,
And still unselfishly our love remained.
Up above the clouds, far out of sight,
We wait thirsting, for that next night.

When we submerge through fantasies sweet as before

And remember each other

Con Bello Amor.
